The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a beautiful area, not far from the restaurant on the first night, and the Old City. The room was both brand-new and quiet with a horribly warped, the bedroom and a TV. Had a such great stay for one night, and would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the historical district. The location was unbeatable, right in the town centre, allowing me to easily explore colonial Cuenca. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities included. The breakfast options were fantastic, with made to order omelets and the best coffee around. It was a great value for money, with prices that included breakfast.
No mention of any negative aspects. everything was perfect.
